My niece and I get together once a week for dinner. When she was younger, we would start with dessert,
enjoying popsicles during the summer, followed by dinner if there was any room left.
As she has gotten older, we have transitioned to baking (recipes to come later) and,
now that it's heating up again, we are doing fruit ice cubes to help us cool down.
Most of these recipes are her unique concoctions.
